[So, the Loki docked with the Thor. Yuugi had almost been tempted to say forget and stay on the Loki and mourn what he had lost, but he decided that perhaps a change of scenery would make him feel better.

Who knows, after Anatole was destroyed, maybe Utena accidentally ended up here instead.

So here he is, wandering the various decks, hallways and shops on the Thor, looking to see what - or even who - he could find.]

[Atem is also in the hallways being a mope. But you know. That's when the greatest things happen.

Yuugi passes him once, easy not to notice because he's just halfway sitting in a window.

But that hair is too much. For a moment he's scared it's some version of him that doesn't belong here. A secondary glance reveals-]

Aibou! [CUE CHEESY REUNION MUSIC]

[Yeah, I feel sorry for anyone who's around and has to listen to that cheesy reunion music. Is there a field of flowers that they're running through too?]

[That name causes him to start, blinking in confusion. It's been so long since he's heard it, not since he was back home, that for a brief second, he thinks that who ever said it was talking to someone else.

The moment he spies the familiar face, however, he knows it was for him.]

Mou Hitori no Boku!

[Yuugi's portion of the reunion is pretty standard, he rushes to his other, wanting nothing more to hug him. After all, the last he had seen of him, the Pharaoh was staring at him in surprise as Yuugi allowed to seal to take him instead. It was nice to see that his sacrifice worked.]

[Don't stop short, Yuugi. Atem won't allow you to. Before there's anything more that can be said, once Yuugi is close enough, his arms go around him in a tight hug. The last time he left it caused such a wound. To know that all these people are on that other ship hurts because why wasn't he invited.

But you're here. You're safe and in one piece. And you're back, for now. That's all he really wanted.]

[If it makes his other feel better, Yuugi would totally take him back to Anatole with him if he could, screw the spaceship, they had shitty rules. That way he could have his other and Utena there with him. Especially everyone that he knew in Anatole from home was gone now.]

[So now he's just going to soak up this hug, even though technically his other shouldn't be able to hug him like that, although Yuugi thinks it's because his other is in possession of their body at the moment.]

[It's just so good to have you back after- ...wait. A long time? Hm. Well... he finishes up the hug first because THAT'S MORE HETERO AND IMPORTANT before putting his hands on Yuugi's shoulders and pulling back.]

Anatole? [Where the hell is that? It's no place he's ever heard of on earth not that he's super up to date on his geography.

But he thinks about who he's being asked about and eventually a shake of his head comes.]

I... really don't know how to explain it, actually. It's like a Victorian city with this strange mist that... well, a lot of things happen. Usually bad.

[His face falls for a moment.]

Oh, I hoped.... [He shakes his head, there's a slightly rueful smile.] She's my girlfriend. Or, was, I guess, since I don't know what happened to Anatole.

...you sound like you've been through quite a lot. [He's putting it together that Anatole might have some strange 'pick you up from your home' powers as Thor does- and then it got destroyed- and then he got put on Loki. That is quite an adventure.]

It was certainly different, but for a while, I had Varon-kun and Jounouchi-kun with me too, so I wasn't completely alone.

It's good our friends were there. [He misses Jonouchi. He was around for a while when he first arrived but left shortly after. But it's good that Yuugi isn't alone.

...I got pulled here after a very important duel. [He's not going to hide information from him, however.] When was it you arrived at Anatole?

[Is there some hesitation in his answer? Oh, yes, yes there is. But he answers anyway, because it's Mou Hitori no Boku and he wouldn't lie to his other.]

[AGAIN Oh no. This is the second time he's heard this news. Why is this always.. it's like some big thing he has to go through. He did this to Yuugi. It's his fault. So he has to continually live through it every time he does find his partner again.

[He smiles and reaches out, grabbing his other's hands and squeezing them.]

No, there isn't. If I was upset at you, mad at you, why would I switch so that the seal could take me instead?

Besides, it's my duty as the Nameless Pharaoh's vessel, isn't it? To protect him until such a time he can open the door to his memories.

You're not a vessel. [Don't say that. He gets pissed when other people even begin to insinuate that.] You're my partner.

[Looks slightly startled at the vehemence. Because he's never seen his other react like that before.

Then again, he's never really called himself the vessel in front of him before either.

He relaxes with a smile though. He's always known they were partners.]
